HAPPY 2020 EVERYONE!! With the new year and new decade, comes new goals and new motivations to make the year even better than the one before. And then there are New Year's resolutions (oh how I love but hate them) that you always want to stick to but have a hard time completing within the year. I'm one who has a VERY hard time sticking to my resolutions every year, whether I just lose motivation as time goes, or I face a problem with completing, it's just complicated.

That's why the first thing I wanted to do this year was to create a blog post on how to stick to these goals. After a bit of searching, I found a LinkedIn Learning course called "Life Mastery: Achieving Happiness and Success" by Chris Croft. After listening to the course, I have felt there is more structure to how I want to approach my resolutions this year. I highly recommend listening to this course as it really has helped put form to the thoughts I had for the year. It has made me put more time to how achievable my goals are and focusing on three main aspects that I want to achieve.

Hope everyone has a wonderful new year filled with positive outcomes and wonderful memories.

What I learned:

- SMART VS SPVEM Goals

- Enjoyment Goals and Achievement Goals

- Surrounding yourself in the attitude you want to be around

- Reduce all the stuff that is not important and focus time to progress

- Reward Yourself

- Relax (Don't stress yourself out)

- Mental health and Physical health work hand in hand

- Be Yourself

- Create List and keep organized

- Focus on doing what you love vs monetary value
