Photography has always been a side passion of mine. There is so much creativity that can come from photos. LinkedIn Learning has amazing learning paths that complies programs that help you go from no idea what a camera is to an professional level photographer. These pathways take a long time to complete, but it breaks down into sections that can be completed from 1 - 3 hours.

Since I am taking photography as my elective next semester, I decided to get a head start and taken 2 courses within the pathway. These first two were introductory courses that introduces the basics of photography and cameras. The first course was a very broad overview of what is to come and how photography can be used in the world. This helped me get into the mindset.

The next course was a dive into the basics of a camera. It really felt like I was back into my high school class and was learning the difference between different cameras and understanding how to take a good picture. What I like about pathways is that I feel more accomplished knowing that I am working towards an end goal and that it is split up into smaller sections for someone who can't sit down for long hours and watch.
